| "We contracted with The Appalachian Mill to assist us with the design and implementation of an office in our home after adding on to our existing home’s third bedroom. In general, we knew what we wanted – the room faced the Antietam Creek and had marvelous windows giving us a great view. But Connie from The Appalachian Mill helped us actually design the room to accommodate our needs but with an eye to the functionality of actually using the space. We were very impressed with the installation crew as they had pre-cut all pieces and assembled it on site allowing them to make it a perfect fit. They also came to our home exactly when they said they would and finished the job on time and with the contracted price!! We have since had them design and build six custom work stations for our insurance office. Making these work stations fit perfectly into an old and not exactly perfectly square building seemed to us to be quite a challenge.
